Today is my first day executing my detox plan (should be called my 'family' detox plan as my parents r participating too)...
These are the ingredients of my 'food' 8 times per day for 10 days: maple syrup, cayenne pepper and lemon. Laxative herbal tea every night and sea salt every morning. After the 10 days, hav to drink orange juice for 2 days to slowly bring back to the function of stomach.
At the beginning, i was thinking it would be somewhat easy, just do not think about FOOD then shall be alright. But thoughout the entirely day, living a life below optimum level of energy, with my desire for food making me headache slightly, I have to watch Olympic games to distract my interest in food for the time being. In a sudden, I start to appreciate food for how important it is for a more complete life. I miss food>.<....
Hopefully in the end of this plan, the outcome will be worthy.
