Weather forecast said the day will turn slightly better on the day. Good is there wasnt rain; bad is the day still looked gloomy. Still got to move on with my journey anyhow. A quote from Marcia by somebody, something like: If you're tired of London, you're tired of life.Hmm...shall think about that.
Here we arrived the London Eye in the early morning. Didn't take any ride. Kept walking.

the Surgery
Here we arrived the London Eye in the early morning. Didn't take any ride. Kept walking.
We took River Thames boat ride to have some sights of the rivershore from the west till the east of London.
We left the boat at the Greenwich Pier and walked to the Prime Meridian of the world. I had never imagined that I will be standing there one day because everything seems so impossible n far when we studied those places in Geography back in high school.
After that, we took DLR (Docklands Light Railway) n left the small town to the city centre.
Got to rush after our lunch+ dinner at 3pm cause I had booked an appointment to have my hair cut. finally~in an asian salon opened by korean n japanese.not much length were cut.not much difference but feel lighter than before=)) Then then is time for SHOPPING! I still cant forget my barcelona 'unhappiness' for not being able to shop.SHOP as in either window shop or pocket-bleeding shop=P We walked almost from the starting point of the street (not so sure)till the end to Piccadily Circus.
Last but not least, before headed to Victorian Coach Station for my journey back to Glasgow, we went to Hammersmith for some architecture feeds: the Ark n the Surgery.
That's all for my trip of 3 days in London.
To me, it is a city with impressive architecture, counting from its medieval times till modern days. I like the existence of a number of wide green spaces in the city centre that provide the city a space to breath and give the busy people a bench to sit under the trees. Old architecture spreads magnificently next to the park giving an elegant image. Plus, some royal guards ride horses in the street to patrol or not sure what else their purposes. All these were enough to make me think that I'm not being in a city. Thing is London is a really big city. From one point to another point, by any tube, we had to change from one station to another station and change again because not all sightseeing places are at one area, with each station distances quite far from one another. Eventhough, we will never fail to see crowds of people especially in the tube station n the shopping districts such as Oxford street. Restless. Any stop at the way will block people at the back. And that is the reason to make the flowing or circulation of the public to be efficient, people have the rule that is to stand at the right hand side when you're not walking and to walk at the left hand side. Keep moving...Probably I had adapted to a slower pace of life in Glasgow, sometimes I lost my patience because of the difficulty to move or proceed smoothly in a public space. sigh. I wish KL will not change till that by the time I go back.
For the modern side of London, I didn't really explore much. Might explore more when I return to the city, IF.
Another thing I like about London was its FOOD. Due to its multicultural characteristic, where we can meet different kind of people there, there are more variety of foods that we can choose from. Glad to find many chinese food n malay or halal food n malaysian food especially in Chinatown there. Maybe it happens to be the same with some bigger cities in UK such as Manchester or Liverpool etc. But not in Glasgow.*sadsad*.
Alright. Till here.
Have to focus on studio after this.
Cheers=)
