Strawberry Ice-cream Brownie Cupcakes
The ingredients were bought few days ago and had been travelling back n forth between my place n Amily's and in the end settled in the oven. Here there are. It is my first time on dessert with an almost perfect set of cookware... ( this would be harder to make at home in Malaysia cause it isnt mom's expert ><) ...and with Amanda, someone with experience=)
So as a beginner, I followed the recipe 'tightly'... also as a beginner I made mistakes. 'One scoop' of the batter but I put according to my standard==|| so that all of them will be comprised into the tray...which led to the first unsatisfying outcome: outside too dry, inside still soft, longer cooking time. "Got guides out there also can do wrongly" (like how my mom used to nag me). But luckily after it was considered as cooked...I think I can 'paksa paksa' PASS. Secondly, the list of ingredients stated '1 batch' of strawberry ice-cream. How much is considered as 1 batch? Not until I found that the ice-cream we bought was not enough><. So the two small cups of ice-cream from Tesco is surely not the standard of 'batch' lo.
And therefore the end-product has been so out of its ordinary=D Looks average-ly red and tastes utterly sweet! Hope it wont take a month long to be taken><

These strawberries in the picture reminds me of us, who are the babies of 80s who are classified as the 'strawberry' generation by the society.草莓族.It is somehow so true...but as long as we believe, no matter what, we can still try to be strong, both from the 'outside' n the 'inside'...
