Life has been quite happening and fulfilling.
A series of events accelerate the steps to move on.
But i guess sometimes we need to slow down n look backward.
What had led to what that happen at that moment.
Some unfortunate encounters seem to remind me to not to take things for granted.

Went to Edinburgh today, the third time.
Each time has its own things to be remembered, in this beautiful town.
Most of us share the same background, KC girls in UK.
Sometimes its just how amazing people could meet in this big big world.
Which makes this just a small small world.

Still remember last year the same day I was in Edinburgh for the first time when my dad called. It was also on the winter solstice: a day for every family member to be gathered; a day for 'tang yuan'; a day to be considered that we are becoming one year older, as mom told us (n i wonder which exactly is the birth-days: birthday, birthday in chinese calender, new year, chinese new year, the seventh day of chinese new year n probably winter solstice, although each has their own meaning related to the birth of human, ourselves this n that...). I felt a bit miserable since I have not receiving any call from my family today. Maybe theres problem with the temporary phone number or such...

Its a festive season n should be cheered with jollies.
