Today went to the bank to do some stuff. Guess it was lunch time and that there wasnt enough staffs at the counters. The queue was long and there was only 1 counter to serve the customer (another counter was specifically for business matters). I was the third in the queue. We waited for quite long for our turn. Then a mid-age gentlement, the first person in the queue felt that he has to do something. He showed his slight impatience to the officer by pointing the last lady of the queue and saying that she will have to wait 20 minutes for her turn..Then he talked to the lady quite lightly with a smile, 'blame it on you' and they both smiled. Ok..mayb that lady wasnt really happy in her heard but it somehow brightened my day.
How many of us can say or do something these delicately without harming anyone in the situation? I mean that gentlement would have just complained with unsatisfaction about the effectivity of the bank this n that. And probably the bank wouldnt dare to take that guy too lightly and will figure out what to do next asap. Nobody would like problems to occur. And there could be some better ways without bringing the situation worse. Wouldnt we all prefer something more light-hearted in our everyday life?
